Most people have more good experience than they realize. The hard part is figuring out what they’re best at, where that could take them next, and how to make other people see it too.
That’s usually where I start. We get clear on the problems you solve, the value you bring, the opportunities that make sense, and the story connecting all of it.
From there, the resume, LinkedIn, networking, interviews, and job search all have a clearer purpose.
Why My Background Shapes How I Coach
Before career coaching, I spent years podcasting and produced 200+ episodes. That taught me how to ask good questions, listen closely, and pull out stories people sometimes forget are important.
I’m also a competitive pickleball player and instructor. It sounds unrelated, but a lot of coaching is the same. Take something that feels complicated, simplify it, practice it, and make it easier to do when there’s pressure.
Outside of work and pickleball, most of my time goes to my family.
